This returns and refunds policy applies to all products purchased through the Cloutier Pro website (https://cloutierpro.com/). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
Return Period
You have 14 days to return your product if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This period begins on the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@cloutierpro.com or 450-430-2454 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Clearly indicate the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the product to the following address:

Refunds
If the product meets the return conditions, we will refund the full amount of your order, including standard shipping fees. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
